PHOTOGRAPHY STUDIO – FULL GUT RENOVATION
This full gut renovation transformed the photography studio into a modern, highly functional space designed for both creativity and efficiency. Rebuilt entirely from the ground up, the studio now offers a clean, professional environment tailored for high quality production.
Working closely with the client, we incorporated custom walls and ceilings, along with integrated LED lighting and personalized color selections to match their vision. Every detail was executed with precision, delivering a space that enhances both workflow and creative output.
OLD CARMINE’S RESTAURANT – FULL GUT RENOVATION
This full scale renovation began in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy, where the building endured over six feet of flooding that severely compromised all electrical systems. Despite the challenges, our team remained committed to restoring and rebuilding the space with precision and care.
Originally constructed in 1818 and located in New York’s South Street Seaport district, the 100 year old Carmen Restaurant was completely transformed from the ground up. During the process, structural engineers identified critical issues, including exterior walls leaning outward with a four inch deflection toward the sidewalk. With approvals secured from the New York City preservation authorities, all work was completed in strict accordance with historic preservation regulations, ensuring the integrity and character of the building were maintained while delivering a safe, fully restored structure.
57th STREET PRE-WAR RESIDENCE – CUSTOM LUXURY RENOVATION
This custom renovation in a classic pre-war building on 57th Street was thoughtfully designed in collaboration with an architect to blend timeless character with high-end modern finishes. The bathroom features intricate mosaic designs within the bathtub and shower areas, creating a unique and elegant focal point.
Floor to ceiling Calacatta marble slabs were installed throughout, complemented by detailed marble base and crown moldings that elevate the space’s sophistication. The project was completed with premium, imported fixtures from England, delivering a refined and luxurious finish with exceptional craftsmanship in every detail.
